What we do
Our Secor Based Work Academies are delivered in partnership with the DWP and funding partners such as the West Midland Combined Authority. Our SWAPs are designed to help jobseekers, who are claiming either Universal Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA) or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), to gain job relevant qualifications and skills that will enable to step into the work space with confidence
